Nitin Gadkari ji Officially launches SDPL Aashray Beltarodi

𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗱𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗷𝗶 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 𝗔𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶

Hon’ble Shri Nitin ji Gadkari – Union Minister, Minister for Road & Transport & Highways, Minister for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) has graced the occasion by officially launching 𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 𝗔𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶, Near Bhavan’s School, Chinchbhuvan, Nagpur – affordable housing PPP Project of Nagpur on Sunday 7th February, 2021.

Gadkariji addressed the gathering in his speech that why an ordinary person has to compromise living for past so many years and cannot buy his dream home, only 1.5 -2% people can buy Home who have budget more than 10-12 lacs, and that’s why rest 98% have to rehabilitate on encroached & lives in slum areas. They cannot think of buying their homes due to exorbitant cost in real estate.

By encouraging and supporting such people & their compromised standard of living, he said that 𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 has taken a great initiative for these people to build & deliver 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flats for every individual at just 𝗥𝘀. 𝟭𝟰.𝟱𝟬 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀 onwards under the brand name “𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 𝗔𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘆” within the Nagpur Municipal Corporation Limit in all directions of Nagpur City. He further said that builders who will ensure Homes for 98% people & those who can build home worth Rs. 10-15 lacs will only survive in future.

The affordable housing PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) project approved by the Govt. especially covers EWS/LIG category in SDPL Aashray Beltarodi project. The benefit of PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna) subsidy helps to buy his dream home within his budget. The new amendment in DCR will help & be useful for designing & planning for building affordable Homes.

Gadkari ji said the trust amongst people of Nagpur with 𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 remains guaranteed for High Construction Quality, Full Legality and Timely Completion commitments for all the completed & upcoming Projects in Nagpur City. He remarked (laughing) that am not SDPL’s marketing person but truth should be told and what is correct remains.

He said, development in the surrounding areas within a span of 2 years will be tremendous, Beltarodi location has very good road connectivity with the MIHAN flyover & cement roads having double access, one from Wardha Road & second from Manish Nagar main road, schools like Bhavans, Narayana, Montfort, St Palloti College, MIHAN, Hospitals like NCI, Suretech, AIIMS are in the vicinity and is developing for educational and industrial hub in near future.

Due to the International Airport and in coming times MIHAN will be the talk of the town & employment to 56000 people will be engaged. 1 lac people will be employed in a salary bracket of Rs. 25-30 thousand and builders should provide Smart Township for them as both can be benefited.

𝗦𝗗𝗣𝗟 𝗔𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶 (RERA Regn No. P50500023552) – is a beautiful township project in an area of 2.25 acres which consists of 6+2 separate Wings of 6 & 7 floors having 580 units of 1 & 2 BHK flats along with 32 Commercial Shops also.
